Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information — and the choices you have.

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Kelce Parker Home Services LLC DBA Dad & Daughter Garage Door Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Tennessee garage door service company located at 7106 Crossroads Blvd #215, Brentwood, TN 37027, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit this website, call us, text us, or request garage door service anywhere in our Middle and East Tennessee service area. It also explains the privacy choices available to you and how to exercise them.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically by the tools this website actually runs:

  • Contact and service details you provide — name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of your garage door issue, submitted through our website forms, our scheduling tool, or by phone or text.
  • Website analytics — we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics identifiers are stored in cookies subject to the consent choices described below.
  • Call and lead tracking — we use WhatConverts to attribute the calls and form submissions we receive to the marketing source that produced them. Calls to our tracking numbers may be recorded for quality and training purposes where permitted by law.
  • Spam protection — our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and interaction signals to distinguish people from bots.
  • Scheduling and careers — online booking is handled by ServiceTitan Scheduling Pro, and job applications are handled by RapidHire. Information you enter in those embedded tools is processed by those providers under their own privacy policies.
  • Embedded content — pages may load Google Maps (our location map) and Google Fonts, which receive your IP address when the content loads.

How we use your information

  • To schedule, perform, and follow up on garage door service you request.
  • To respond to estimates, second-opinion requests, and general questions.
  • To send appointment and service text messages you have opted into (see our SMS Terms).
  • To measure which marketing brings customers to us and improve this website.
  • To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
  • To meet legal, tax, and warranty record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to running our garage door business.

Sharing

We share personal information only with the service providers named above (analytics, call tracking, scheduling, careers, spam protection, financing, and payments), with professional advisors, or when required by law. Some analytics and advertising cookies may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA); you can opt out of that sharing at any time using the choices in the Your Privacy Choices section below.

Payment security

We never collect or store card numbers on this website. Financing applications are completed on Synchrony’s own secure, hosted application site, and any card payments are processed by our payment processor’s secure systems. Card data goes directly to those PCI-compliant processors and never touches our web pages or servers.

Text messaging

Our SMS program is opt-in only, and consent is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to cancel at any time. Mobile opt-in information is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. The full program terms live on our SMS Terms page.

Your Privacy Choices

Your California Privacy Rights — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We honor privacy-rights requests from all visitors, and California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA:

  • Categories we collect: identifiers (name, phone, email, address), customer records (service history, quotes), internet activity (analytics and call tracking data from Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and WhatConverts), and approximate location. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of cookie-based “sharing” for advertising measurement, click Decline on the cookie banner shown on your first visit (your choice is remembered on return visits), or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we honor the GPC signal automatically by disabling advertising cookies and signals.
  • Right to know, delete, and correct: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements), or correct it.
  • Non-discrimination: we will never refuse service, change pricing, or reduce service quality because you exercised a privacy right.
  • How to submit a request: call 615-422-5800 or email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Cookies & consent

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored and re-applied automatically on return visits, and you can change it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser and choosing again. Strictly necessary functionality does not depend on your choice. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of advertising cookies and signals.

Data retention & security

We keep service records as long as needed for warranties, taxes, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
