These terms govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program operated by Kelce Parker Home Services LLC DBA Dad & Daughter Garage Door Service (“we,” “us”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms and to receiving text messages as described below.
How you opt in
You provide express consent to receive texts by submitting your mobile number through a form on this website, by texting us first, or by giving consent verbally or in writing to our team. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Types of messages
- Informational / customer care: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival and dispatch updates, estimate and invoice follow-ups, and replies to your questions.
- Automated calls or texts related to service you have requested from us.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out (STOP) & help (HELP)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and stop sending texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP (or INFO), or contact us at 615-422-5800 or [email protected].
Privacy & your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information you provide is otherwise handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Carriers & delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
