By using this website, requesting an estimate, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services

We provide residential garage door services across Middle and East Tennessee, including garage door repair, new door installation and replacement, spring repair and replacement, opener repair and installation, and preventative maintenance. Descriptions on this website are for general information; the scope of any job is defined by the written estimate or invoice you approve before work begins.

Estimates, pricing & scheduling

Prices and price ranges shown on this website are typical ranges for planning purposes, not binding quotes. Every door and home is different: final pricing is confirmed after an on-site inspection and always before work starts. Appointment requests submitted online (including through our scheduling tool) are requests, not confirmed bookings, until a member of our team confirms the time with you. Same-day availability is subject to crew capacity and location.

Warranties

Parts we install carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and our workmanship is covered by the written warranty stated on your invoice. Warranty terms vary by product and service; the invoice or written agreement for your specific job controls. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or repairs attempted by others after our work is complete.

Payment & financing

Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Financing, when available, is offered through Synchrony and completed on Synchrony’s own secure application site; credit decisions are made solely by the lender, and we never collect or store card numbers on this website. Website use & intellectual property

This website and its content — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Dad & Daughter name and brand — are owned by Kelce Parker Home Services LLC DBA Dad & Daughter Garage Door Service or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use our content or brand for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
